Following are some of the information related to the Indian Air Force Recruitment in X and Y Group:

Airforce Eligibility Criteria:

   1. Age:

       (a)    Born Between 14 July 1998 to 26 June 2002 candidate can apply.

       (b)   Age limit Exceeds to 21 if all rounds are cleared by the candidate.


   2. Educational Qualification:

       (a)    Group X:

  • Candidate must have passed Intermediate/ equivalent examination with mathematics, physics, and English with min. 50% marks in Aggregate and in English as well.


  • Passed 3 years Diploma Course in Engineering in any Stream with minimum 50 % marks from a well-recognized Polytechnic Institute.

       (b)   Group Y:

                            Candidate must have done intermediate/ Equivalent this is qualification with 50% marks in Physics, Maths, and English.

Required Medical Standards:

  1. Height: 152.cms
  2. Chest: 5cm (Range of Expansion)
  3. Weight and Age:  Minimum of 55 Kg and Age proportion to the Weight.
  4. Corneal Surgery will not be accepted.
  5. Hearing: candidate should be able to hear from 6 meters distance from each ear.
  6. Dental: Minimum 14 dental points and Should have Health Gums
  7. Health: Candidate Should not have any health issue.
  8. Body Tattoo: Strictly Prohibited.

Examination Fee: Rs. 250/-

Mode of Payments: Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking.  The challan payment at any Axis Bank Branch.
